Recruitment firm Swapp Agency boosts services to help int’l companies establish remote work, business presence in Iceland
With the pandemic stalling and slowing job opportunities across the world, leading innovative recruitment firm Swapp Agency ramped up its services to help connect foreign job seekers with Icelandic companies.

Swapp Agency said through its EOR model, it will handle all the taxes, employers’ cost, and all other things that are related to the employee.

Given the difficulty of getting local incorporation that is both costly and time-consuming, Swapp Agency said through the EOR, international companies won’t need any local incorporation if they want to find some staff from other countries.
“Companies also need not worry about the laws and the rules of the country. Swapp will handle the visa and abide by the local rules,” the representative said.
