Chef Diego Ysrael Sanchez’ newly opened Peruvian eatery exhibits his talent by taking well-known Peruvian dishes and adding his own modernistic spin to it.

“LLAMA KID is like my very own child,” says Diego. “I had been searching for the right place and opportunity to see it blossom and grow. After spending my first few days in Austin, I realized this is the perfect home!”

LLAMA KID is a contemporary Peruvian eatery that offers a variety of freshly made ceviche and a modern approach to traditional Peruvian inspired fare. It is all about delivering good and affordable well-known Peruvian dishes with a modern twist, using only fresh Farm-To-Table products to showcase a healthy style of eating excellent food.

With LLAMA KID, Chef Diego offers a variety of his freshly made signature ceviches, which are a must try!
