Ontario, Canada – Swift Clinics, a leader in Covid-19 screening, has announced it will expand access to same-day rapid Covid-19 Antigen and PCR tests for asymptomatic GTA residents who require proof of screening for travel.

This expansion will facilitate testing for travellers by partnering with the unique International Air Transport Association (IATA) Travel Pass program.  This program aims to simplify and enhance compliance with health requirements for travellers from Canada while supporting the safe restart of the travel and tourism industries domestically and internationally. This exciting announcement follows a renewed commitment by Swift Clinics to make asymptomatic Covid-19 testing accessible and affordable for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the GTA as well as across Ontario

“We are proud to announce this partnership to increase access to same-day Covid-19 screening,” remarked Umer Adil, CEO of Swift Clinics. “This partnership will help Canadian outbound travellers as well as increase convenience for inbound travellers to Canada”, Together, we are helping to restart travel and tourism, vital components of the global and Canadian economy,” he added.

Same-day tests include accurate RT-PCR and Rapid Antigen tests. Urgent test results for these services may be available within 1 to 2 hours. Swift Clinics accepts same-day appointments and is open seven days a week for asymptomatic screening. The company also offers business and corporate screening, including workplace testing programs for factories, offices, and warehouses, or rapid on-site testing for events such as sports, weddings, business conferences, educational institutions and film or television productions.

“Our collaboration with IATA demonstrates a shared commitment to promote convenient, safe, and reliable ways to restore international air travel,” added Mr. Adil. “Many Canadians have family and loved ones outside Canada, and travel restrictions have been difficult as they have remained separated. In addition, Canadian businesses which often share ties across our southern border, have also been impacted. We are striving to make travel safer and more accessible for as many Canadians as we can, whether it is for personal, business or other essential reasons,” he concluded.
