A team of executive coaching experts has launched an exclusive academy to help company executives achieve their career goals.

Coaching 4 Companies has revealed its brand-new Executive Talent (ET) academy, which allows leaders in businesses to choose how they want to take their talents to the next level.

Executives, who must apply for a place in the academy, can choose from Virtual Masterminds, Transformational Talent Coaching and Destination Masterminds as part of the academy. 

Virtual Masterminds are exclusive online and live sessions that are held in small groups. There are pre-workshop learning activities, four lots of two-hour intensive sessions and then the post workshop reflection. There are five masterminds to choose from and each one takes place twice a year. The five are:

• Mastering Success Behaviours
• Communication as a Core Strength
• Facilitation Mastery
• The Change Lab
• Coaching with Purpose

The second element of the ET academy is the Transformational Talent Coaching. This is more intense, over a longer period of time and includes one on one coaching, master classes and groups sessions. There is a 10 week fast track – Excel in the Essentials, six months – Executive Talent Launch, or the 12 month intensive program – Elite Executive Talent to choose from.

The third part of the ET academy is the Destination Masterminds. These are three day sessions in exclusive locations around the world. There will be three ‘in person’ masterminds every year. These will involve meditation and mindfulness, intensive networking, developing ideas and strategies, and helping executives to create breakthrough moments.
