Shae Sterrett, the founder of Shae Sterrett, LLC, a private practice for health and wellness, has announced the addition of new services and three new locations where her services are available. Shae was trained as a certified Tibetan Reiki healer through Harmony House of Healing in Khanom Beach Thailand and certified in vibrational medicine through Kathmandu Center for Healing in Kathmandu, Nepal.  These new services align with her goal to truly create personalized wellness experiences for her clients which include yoga practice and yoga philosophy, meditation, mindfulness, lifestyle coaching and now with Reiki and sound healing.  These services are available in studio or in person through her unique Concierge Wellness program, lifestyle coaching or in her immersive retreat experiences.

In addition to these new services, Shae Sterrett and Shae Sterrett, LLC is excited about a new partnership with KAMA Fitness, an Aerial Yoga Studio based in  Manchester, NH, Ducks in a Row Yoga, based in Wilton, NH, The Yoga Space in Keene, NH and 3 Seeds Studios, a new wellness collaborative in Southern New Hampshire.  Shae is excited to offer services in these expanded locations so she can bring wellness to even more people.

Shae’s unique portfolio of trainings allows her to curate wellness experiences for the individual that can help them better manage and minimize the effects of stress.
